Ahmed Tawfik, Director of Operations

Mr. Tawfik has over 20 years of diverse experience across various disciplines in engineering design, project management, business development and procurement. In addition to his different roles, Ahmed has been a board member for a manufacturing facility consulting on budgets, procurement strategies, operational efficiency, and business development.

He brings to Decima his leadership experience with a focus on team growth and development. Ahmed has earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on Operations. With his diverse background, Ahmed adds a solid structure to Decima’s operations and has a keen eye for organizational structure with an emphasis on driving growth and high delivery standards while maintaining the company’s core values. Throughout his career, Ahmed has held managerial roles in several multinationals enabling him to utilize his skill set to drive Decima’s fundamentals and values. Ahmed is a firm believer that teamwork, ownership, knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction are the core of success. Utilizing his extensive experience and exposure, Ahmed’s dedication is to integrate Decima’s purpose, mission, and strategy with its daily operations.
