Mostafa is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Decima International, He is passionate about finding and hiring the best talent for the firm. He has more than two years of experience in recruitment, handling all aspects of the hiring cycle, from sourcing, screening, evaluating, to onboarding candidates. He has successfully recruited for various positions, such as customer service representatives, project managers, travel consultants, technical support engineers and digital marketers across multiple locations and languages. 

Mostafa has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Helwan University Cairo, which has equipped him with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. He is also skilled in communication, pressure handling, and customer contact, as demonstrated by his previous roles as a Customer Service Representative and a Travel Consultant at Transcom and Vodafone UK and Ireland.  

He is always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and dynamic teams. His goal is to contribute to the growth and success of the organizations he is working with, and to provide excellent service to the candidates and clients he is working with.
