With over 3 years of experience in customer service working in the banking, travel and technology sectors, Sarah strives for perfection in every endeavor.

Her accomplishments include graduating with Honors in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University; and she has several certifications in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM ®) and the HR Certification Institute ® (HRCI ®).

Her competencies include sourcing, screening, and interviewing talent, as well as using various tools and systems to enhance the recruitment process. She has broad knowledge of HR policies and best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and persuasive communication abilities.
