Omar Shalan, Scheduler 

Omar Shalan is a highly accomplished scheduling and planning engineer with three years of experience in the field. He has extensive expertise in US construction projects, working with esteemed clients such as GSA, SDUSD, LAUSD, FDOT, and Microsoft. Omar holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Cairo University, and he has further enhanced his professional qualifications by obtaining a Project Management diploma from the American University in Cairo (AUC).

Omar's responsibilities included preparing comprehensive review reports that analyzed project progress, identified risks, and offered recommendations. His clear and concise presentation of information allowed stakeholders to understand the project's status effectively.

Additionally, Omar provided valuable assistance to General Contractors by focusing on critical activities, conducting lookaheads, and collaborating closely to anticipate challenges, resulting in smoother project execution, and minimized disruptions.
