Ahmed Wael is a recruitment professional with more than 15 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Business Systems from both the Open University of UK and the Arab Open University.

Ahmed has diverse national and international recruitment experience. He has placed thousands of professionals across the globe, especially in the USA, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Throughout his years of experience, he worked in various industries including Construction, Automotive, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, BPO Outsourcing, Wholesale and Consultancy.

Deep rooted expertise in HR including recruitment and selection, learning and development, benefits administration, and performance management.

Ahmed is currently leading the Talent Acquisition department at Decima, where he is working closely with hiring managers and project teams on securing the best talents in the market.
