Early Design and Preconstruction
Our quality team helps owners develop the site quality plan and the inspection and test plans while design is still open, so expectations are clear to every supplier and installer before work begins.
Inspection and Testing Before Equipment Reaches Site
We set up and run inspection and testing at off-site logistics and staging facilities, where electrical and mechanical equipment is received and tested before delivery. Manufacturers correct defects at the facility, while the fix is fast and the site schedule is not yet exposed.
Field Quality Through Turnover

Mick brings more than 30 years of construction experience and over 20 years in mission-critical quality and commissioning.
He has built enterprise quality and commissioning programs for hyperscale and AI data center portfolios, creating the governance, Quality Management Plans, Commissioning Plans of Record and KPIs that let teams deliver consistently at scale. His career spans owner's representative, campus quality and commissioning, MEP and utility infrastructure leadership, and operational readiness for leading hyperscale operators, across portfolios exceeding $40 billion in construction value.
Mick holds the commissioning program accountable for independence, technical rigor and the owner's schedule.

Marisa Suitor
Marisa brings more than 15 years of experience leading commissioning and operational readiness across large multi-building campus programs and hyperscale data center construction. Her background spans mechanical systems QA/QC and field inspection, construction quality management, and program governance so what gets tested in the field stays connected to what the program reports. She works directly with owners and project teams to keep commissioning activities aligned to project objectives, operational requirements and schedule commitments.
